Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer, and we will notify you of any delays via email.
Once your order is processed, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States excluding HI & AK.
We currently do not ship internationally
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you do not receive tracking information within 1 day, please reach out to our support team.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please first contact the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@dirksbbq.com within 14 days, along with photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days to request a replacement or refund.
