Grilled Chicken Skewers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup Yaki Sauce
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with ½ cup of Yaki Sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the remaining Yaki Sauce, until the chicken is cooked through and has a slight char.
- Serve with rice or a fresh salad.
