Grilled Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup Yaki Sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with ½ cup of Yaki Sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating ingredients.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the remaining Yaki Sauce, until the chicken is cooked through and has a slight char.
  5. Serve with rice or a fresh salad.
