Yaki Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz egg noodles or ramen
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, snap peas, etc.)
  • 1 cup cooked protein (chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
  • ½ cup Yaki Sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked protein and Yaki Sauce, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  6. Mix in the cooked noodles and stir-fry for 2 more minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
