Yaki Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup Yaki Sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the Yaki Sauce over the salmon and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens and glazes the fish.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
