Yaki Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - ½ cup Yaki Sauce
 - 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
 - 1 green onion, sliced
 
Instructions:
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
 - Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
 - Pour the Yaki Sauce over the salmon and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens and glazes the fish.
 - Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
